Webshop Platform – Shopify

Our store is built using Shopify, a secure e-commerce platform. Hosting & Email

Our hosting and business email services also run via Shopify. While metadata may be collected (non-personal), your actual personal data is processed only as needed, under strict confidentiality.

Payments

Payments are securely handled through Shopify Payments, which processes your name, billing address, and payment details (like card or bank info). Shopify follows strict safety guidelines and will never store your information longer than legally necessary.

We may collect reviews via platforms like Meta and Google. If you leave a review, your name and possibly your email may be visible or linked to your order. These platforms have their own privacy measures in place, and any information they share with us is used solely for service improvement.

To deliver your order, we share your name and shipping address with our logistics partners, such as PostNL and DHL. They only use this information for delivery purposes.

Our invoicing is handled via Shopify, which keeps track of order and billing data as required by law. Your information is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized personnel.
