Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product. Once we’ve received your return in good condition, we’ll refund the full order amount.
Please note: return shipping costs are at your own expense. For rates, check the website of your chosen carrier.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging, including any accessories, if reasonably possible.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@photogallerybysonja.com. You will receive a refund within 30 days of notifying us, provided the product has been returned undamaged and in good order.
Did your order arrive damaged?
That’s unfortunate, and we’re here to help!
Please email us at info@photogallerybysonja.com with a few photos of the damage. Once we’ve verified the issue, your order will be reproduced at no extra cost.
Custom-made items
Products made to order — such as customized designs or specific sizes — cannot be returned. These are made especially for you.
